sufficient breakfast easy access functional room
I found my double room to be quite functional. breakfast included pastries, cereals, and fruit. It was a simple but sufficient start to the day. the location allowed for easy access to transport links.

free treats excellent cleanliness helpful staff
i found the free treats in the canteen amazing. i helped myself to many snacks. the cleanliness was excellent too. the staff were helpful so my stay was smooth.
the bedroom carpet had stains, a major bummer.

the location is very central so getting around town was easy. public transport is also nearby. walking to the city center took me only a few minutes, so i did lots of sightseeing.

the double room had interesting decor, not just standard hotel style. there was netflix and youtube on the tv which kept me entertained. the beds were really comfortable so i slept well.

the manager allowed me an early check in because the room was ready. this was very convenient since it was super cold outside. all staff were friendly and kind, that is a big plus.

easy temperature control convenient elevator helpful staff
I could easily adjust the room temperature. there was a convenient elevator. the pantry offered juices, water, and fruit available . This was a charmed surprise. the staff was quite helpful, a definite plus..
parking was an expense i hadn't budgeted for. it was also a bit far from the hotel.

an okay stay
clean room netflix tv kind staff stained carpet old pillow run down
the room was clean so that's a plus. i had netflix available on the tv, it's so cool. the staff were kind, that's nice.
the carpet had stains so i was unhappy. i found the pillows weren't new and was disappointed. the hotel, it looked pretty run down generally.
